MY EXPERIENCE AT WORK

During my last three years of school, I completed my PCTO experiences in two different companies. These opportunities helped me learn more about the mechanical world and understand what I want for my future.

In the third year, in March 2024, I worked for two weeks at Arduini Lauro Auto S.A.S., a Fiat and Alfa Romeo dealership in Castelnovo ne’ Monti. I learned how to do basic car services, keep the workshop clean, prepare new cars for delivery and clean the showroom vehicles. I also worked on the computer, cataloguing the cars that were sold. This first experience taught me responsibility, teamwork and how to communicate with customers.

In the fourth year, from June 9 to June 21, 2025, I worked at Motostore Snc, an official Kawasaki and MV Agusta workshop. Later, the company also added CFMoto and Voge. Many customers came from far away because it is one of the few official MV Agusta workshops in Italy. I learned how to unpack, assemble and prepare new motorcycles, do services, change tyres and clean the bikes. My tutor taught me step by step, and after a few days I could work more independently. At the end of the stage, my bosses hired me for one month, which helped me improve even more.

In the fifth year, from September 15 to September 27, 2025, I returned to Motostore. I did the same tasks as the previous year but with more confidence, speed and autonomy.

These three experiences made me grow a lot. I became more organized, responsible and independent. I also understood that I like the world of engines and manual work. However, my dream for the future is to work in the sale of sports cars and talk with important clients. Thanks to the PCTO, I now feel more prepared and motivated to follow this path.
